- I’ve used yogurt and fresh strawberries, as well as vanilla essence to get away with using only the minimal amount of sugar needed for a proper baking.
- To make the texture of the cake more interesting, I’ve also added chia strawberry jam between the layers, alongside the cream.
- I’ve used freeze-dried strawberries for the frosting, and they’ve added so much flavour and smell, that I didn’t need to use any sugar for the frosting at all.
