- 300 g cottage cheese
- 50 g plain flour for every 100 g of cheese or 25 g plain flour and 25 g oatmeal
- ½ tsp cinnamon for every 100 g of cheese
- 1 egg for every 75 g of cheese or 1 egg and 1 banana for every 150 g cheese
- 1 tbsp peanut butter for every 100 g of cheese (optional)

- pinch of salt
